Evolution Casting

Evolution Casting brings a fresh perspective to the art of casting in so-called Australia. Evolution Casting specialises in casting direction, consultation and design for theatre and live performance with experience in assisting and consulting castings for film, television and commercials. Evolution Casting is an ally and advocate for better representation of marginalised communities in the media, arts industry and beyond. We endeavour to navigate the systemic issues and breakdown the barriers upheld in audition rooms and creative institutions, in order to create a more inclusive industry for artists who identify as Indigenous, Black, and/or people of colour, LGBTQIA+ and artists with a disability.
