According to UNESCO, Indonesia’s education is 10 year left behind. Despite the thriving of start-ups in Indonesia, the lack of competent Human Resource has significantly limited the growth of companies. Today’s workforce is very dynamic and fast-paced. Education in Indonesia hasn’t been able to prepare ready-to-use professionals who possess specific skills for start-ups/companies in short time. Evolution is present to solve this problem. Our missions are to provide access to the world's relevant and meaningful education through project-based learning, to innovate the learning process leveraging technology and edutainment concept and to accelerate professional development of educators. Our team mainly consists of experts from top world universities like University of Cambridge, Melbourne University, and Nanyang Technological Universities. We have strong psychological education and IT background. We emphasize the clinical approach from psychology to design the learning process so that it can be fun, engaging and effective to increase retention rate at the same time. We want to position Evolution as an alternative for people who don’t necessarily have a degree from Universities to enter the workforce. We help to prepare professionals with specific skills required by the companies in relatively shorter time than universities/schools do. Our training is designed for 6 months to 1 year depending on the project. We build connections with hundreds of companies as channels for our graduates to get jobs suitable to their skills and interest.
