We are a Vinyasa Power Yoga studio dedicated to bringing the practices of yoga to anyone, anywhere, anytime making it easier than ever to live an empowered and balanced life. We are a community of inspiring individuals doing the work and using asana, meditation, and inquiry to create change in our lives and the world as a whole. Lisa Taylor, an advanced instructor with over 5,000+ training hours, founded Evolution in 2001. The studio has since changed locations, grown, and evolved, but our focus and mission have remained the same; to lead and empower individuals into the greatest versions of themselves, both on and off the mat. All of our Instructors are certified and trained to effectively teach both in-person and virtually.
