Evolve Building & Development was founded in July 2021 by individuals who have their own backgrounds in Real Estate, Property Management, HOA management, Construction, and Land Development. In the brief time since Evolve Building & Development was founded, we have been successful in acquiring multiple pieces of land, engineering projects from Subdivisions to Mixed-Use Buildings, Master Planned Communities and Custom Homes. Evolves Projects in Elk Ridge include two custom/semi-custom neighborhoods totaling 73 lots, Payson Multi-Family and Single Family - 11 Lots, Multiple Mixed-Use Buildings in Utah - 124 doors, Salem - 27 lots, Bluffdale - 6 custom home lots, Condo Projects in Vernal - 68 doors, and many more in the works!
