EVOLVE Energy Management Solutions was founded in 2023 as a response to the challenges addressed to all energy market participant by the transition towards a carbon neutral society. The process of “greenification” begins with the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and ends up with a more efficient and carbon neutral energy consumption at the end-user side. Our services covers: • Support for RES in the process of grid connection • Technical due diligence for grid connection in M & A processes • Financial models for RES • Designing and implementing Energy Management Systems • Developing strategies for security of supply and cost optimization (electricity) • Identification and implementation of technical solution for energy efficiency • Assisting end-users in concluding corporate PPAs (either physical or virtual PPAs) RES comes with a special characteristic, the discontinuity of generation and relatively poor predictability, hence the increased need for system balancing. EVOLVE’s strong belief is that energy storage is the answer for a green future and todays and tomorrow’s technical solution for storage is represented by Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We developed a financial model for BESS that can identify all the revenue streams, individualize the most significant one being, capable of reaching a two-digit IRR. We are, also, interested in ensuring the grid capability to accommodate all the RES, from large-scale power plants to distributed RES (rooftop generation). This translates into our keen interest in flexibility services, hence our goal to become a major player in the aggregators market.
