Evolve Enterprise Solutions (EES)

Evolve Enterprise Solutions (EES) is an independent platform for entrepreneurial and special situations. The firm offers managerial and advisory mandates in operational private equity and venture capital with focus on innovation and the transformation of the financial ecosystem. EES was incorporated in September 2019 by Joerg Ruetschi as an umbrella company for executive mandates and entrepreneurial initiatives. The firm works across the corporate lifecycle from the incubation, scale-up and growth to the transformation and turnaround of businesses as well as creating and defending value in principal investments (M&A). It follows an established approach for value creation that was published by Wiley in the book “Transforming Financial Institutions”. Core to this approach is a success-oriented model with focus on building equity participation in the companies it works with.
