CAFM Resources LLC was founded in 2008 to develop add-on solutions to Autodesk’s FMDesktop. When Autodesk decided to discontinue support for FMDesktop in 2009, the principals of CAFM Resources decided to develop a replacement solution using state of the art development and delivery tools. Evolve FM provides all the features and functions that FMDesktop users love, and much more.

Evolve FM is a professional-level zero footprint database program used for: Space & Asset management, Move Management and Maintenance Management. Developed by Facility Managers for Facility Managers, Evolve FM uses industry standard components including HTML5 technology, browser tools and Microsoft SQL to manage and report facility information in both graphical and tabular formats.
Sales and Support
Evolve FM is sold and supported domestically by authorized resellers throughout the U.S. as well as through a network of international distributors. CAFM Resources products are also sold to educational institutions at discounted prices to help educate future users. CAFM Resources complements its indirect channel distribution strategy with a combination of direct marketing and Internet sales support. Paid technical support and training are available worldwide through authorized partners and distributors as well as directly from CAFM Resources
