I was responsible for building a reseller/partner channel that had responsibility for selling and providing integration services for our CAFM and IWMS software solutions.I was also involved in developing marketing and sales programs that helped partners build opportunity pipelines. Other activities included developing marketing collateral, webinar content, and enhancing our web site to drive more activity.

I engaged with Autodesk with their acquisition of FMDesktop from Applied Spatial Technologies, a company that I was a principal in. My responsibilities included recruiting channel partners to sell FMDesktop, developing marketing and sales related materials, partner sales training, strategic client presentations and developing new channel outlets specifically focused on FM.

I was one of 3 prinipals involved in a software startup, creating a facilities management software application called FMDesktop, which Autodesk bought in late 2005

I engaged with DTI when it acquired Computersmith Inc. in 1996. I held various sales and marketing position at DTI over my 7 years there, including several product development initiatives, including FMDesktop and Computer Based Training.

Computersmith started as a small family software development operation providing software and hardware solutions for land surveyors and civil engineers. Over the next 14 years we grew the business to over 7M in annual revenues and made it one of Autodesk's largest resellers.
