Evolve! Association is a non-profit organization founded by a diverse team of Executive MBA graduates determined to transform Tomorrow´s Leadership. We believe that diversity and inclusion in leadership is one of the key success drivers for any organization regardless of their size and sector. Our mission is to develop both women and men to create equal professional opportunities at the executive level and contribute to the organization’s success. With this in mind we will perform different activities to bring awareness of diversity as a success enabler: Annual conference, Mentoring, Networking, Workshops and Research.
