Evolve was founded by Director Elizabeth Rose in 2018. With over 15 years of experience, managing the top models in the business Elizabeth decided to launch her own fresh, boutique agency. Elizabeth began her career at Select Model Management before leaving to become a Senior Men’s agent at Storm Model Management. In 2013 she was head hunted to take over as Director of the men’s board at one of the World’s top model agencies, Premier Model Management - A role where she honed her craft as Britain’s leading male model industry expert. Immersed in the intricacies of an evolving, high profile and often contentious industry, Elizabeth became the go to resource in what is known as the reverse gender pay gap. As an authority on the subject, Elizabeth has raised awareness for the growing topic in her interview with the BBC, Elle and Metro Uk. As Evolve continued its growth as one of the more progressive model agencies in the industry, Elizabeth Joined forces with Emma Durnell in 2020 to build on the success of the business with the launch of a new womens division. After a 12 year career in model management on the women’s divisions at Storm Models and Premier and presiding over the growing women’s board at Linden Staub in London, Emma cultivated a list of core clients in the commercial and advertising markets worldwide. An eye for creativity paired with honest and naturally easy communication lies at the heart of her methods in developing talent carefully and matching the perfect talent to some of the most prolific brands in fashion. Elizabeth and Emma’s respective experience and credibility is a powerful force for the future of the model industry.
