Mobile-based Exercise Physiologists treating within gym, park and home settings; servicing across the NDIS, Life Insurance, Workers Compensation and CTP schemes. We treat clients who suffer from individual or combined physical, cognitive and psychological injuries and disabilities. Outside of the delivery of a tailored exercise program, a holistic rehabilitation approach is promoted; with education on nutrition, sleep-hygiene, and chronic pain and fatigue management. Our end goal is not for a short-term 'fix', but for our clients to gain independence away from supervised treatment in the long-term, achieving sustainable and durable outcomes in their daily life and performance. We take pride in our proactiveness with collaboration and communication (consent required) with your treating team, working together with your Doctor and any associated Specialists or Health Providers involved in your recovery journey.
