The team at Evolve have many years of experience in the building industry, during which time they have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with our clients. We offer the ‘checks and balances’ that make projects run better, build better and finish better. Our involvement with our current clients has seen a dramatic reduction in latent and emergent defects. One client in particular has seen defects reduce in the DLP by almost 50% on the projects delivered since we partnered with them 6 years ago – a statistic we are proud of and even more so when you consider that their turnover has grown by a over a third in that time. Our traditional Clerk of Works service fundamentally underpins all the services we offer our clients. Every one of us at Evolve have run projects and construction teams in our careers and we know what that entails; cut a long story short, the times and sites change but more often than not the problems encountered on site remain the same. Lack of clear details or robustness of design, incorrect products or materials used, failure to follow manufacturers instructions or adherence to British Standards and installation issues are some of the factors we come across when conducting our inspections.
