Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Giovanna Caracciolo. I am an accredited career and performance coach and a change management practitioner. I am also a Chartered Structural Engineer with almost twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Becoming a coach back in 2015, completely changed the way I lived my life, both at work and outside work. My mission is to help other people benefit from the transformation that coaching can bring, both on a professional and personal level. Before becoming a coach, I was often affected by lack of confidence, limiting beliefs, and high levels of stress. My lack of self-awareness was causing me pain, and even worse I had no control, or at least I thought I had not. My message today is that it does not need to be this way, I know because I have experienced it. My mission is to help other professionals take control of how they live and perceive their work life and work relationships; uncover their strengths and purpose; to move into a space of clarity so they can make important decisions for their careers.
