These Tiers create the minimum foundation for developing any Idea into a business. History has recorded Entrepreneurs who took their Idea, most against common social beliefs, found the knowledge and resources they required to develop it, and ultimately lead people to invest in that Idea. We all have specific Knowledge and experiences, some have financial capital they are looking to invest in ideas and new ventures.
