In order to achieve our mission, Evolution aims to recruit the best staff available. To this end, all Evo teachers will either have a recognised teacher certificate such as the UK Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) or equivalent. The school makes sure that all homeroom and main subject teachers have high levels of English and a minimum of three years of classroom experience.
