After fifteen years in the commercial furniture industry which started in dealer sales at CCG Howells/Haworth Dealership, followed by directly representing major manufacturers Geiger and Herman Miller Collection, Pilar is now a proud independent representative – or as she prefers to say a “dependent rep” – dependent on relationships with designers, A&D, dealer partners, manufacturers, and customers.
Evy Collective was founded in 2020 by Pilar Schuman with a simple goal:
To bring good design to good people.
Relationships matter. As does great design, quality, innovative products, budget, reliability, and trust.
Pilar is passionate about interior design and floral design. Her love of gardening, growing and harvesting flowers and floral design transcend naturally to each project’s colors, materials, design and overall organic look and feel.
