eWalls is uniquely designed for India considering the climate, where no usable conditions are applied. They are manufactured by combining 2 fibre cement boards on either sides of a reinforced aerated concrete core which has steel & fibre reinforcements.
eWalls panels are made up of Cement Fibre Board, Ordinary Portland Cement of 53 grade, Fine Flyash as a filler, Polypropylene Fibre for binding particles at minute level & increase its tensile strength, Reinforcement Steel of 6mm diameter to increase flexural strength & some proprietary chemicals for aeration and bonding. All the materials conform to their respective IS codes.
eWalls can be used in all types of projects including commercial, industrial, residential, school/institutional, hospital/medical projects, labour hutments/labour camps, builder sample flats & mezzanine flooring purposes.
