EWwS Ltd can help provide feasibility studies, process design with process flow diagrams and mass balance, fixed film and suspended growth biochemical reactors, and other ancillary items. EWwS offer wastewater solutions based on a variety of technologies, combined with the most effective solutions for existing plant and/or upgrades, enabling your business to make a more informed decision on both asset investment and lifecycle, thereby offering a more cost effective investment.
EWwS Ltd have been instrumental in the design and manufacture of a revolutionary new sludge dewater system which negates the use of POLYMERS & CHEMICALS (generally used by other systems). This new system allows the EWwS sludge dewatering system to use natural farm waste products and can also dewater industrial, petrochemical waste, farm and municipal treatment plant sludge’s to over 35% solids content.
Inorganic sludge can also be dewatered to a much higher solids content, the resulting organic sludge cake can then be incinerated and used as an alternate fuel source, alternatively it can be used as a manure (subject to Environmental Authority approval)
