Our company aims to take maritime consultancy services to the next level of proficiency and dedication. EX ANIMO SRL bases its main activity around maritime counselling, P&I Commercial Correspondence and insurance average agents. We act as both maritime advisors and claims handlers, ensuring our appointers that we dedicate our time and knowledge to find the best possible “ways-out” of a critical situation. Paramount to maintaining a friendly relationship with our partners, we base our customer service on trust, honesty, reliance and great efficiency. With two offices in Bucharest and Constanta, most of our activity is concentred around the Black Sea, more precisely in Constanta Port. We dedicated the last 15 years to gain a wide understanding of the Romanian market and to build a trustworthy network of contacts with expertise in the field, including: assessors, surveyors, technicians, claims handlers, lawyers, arbitrators, port agents, stevedores, harbour masters and many more. At the same time, we have acquired perfect relationships with Romanian diplomatic channels, authorities, maritime organizations’ representatives such as the ITF Romania, The Romanian PSC, Shipowners’ Associations, P&I Clubs, from whom we could seek support for the mediation of any arising disputes in Constanta and Bucharest. We have recently developed our EMERGENCY contact number which is available to our partners 24/7 , 365 days a year for unforeseen matters that need immediate intervention.
