Exal Group is a property developer and project management consultancy based in Western Australia, bringing together a combined experience of over 25 years in real estate, property investment, engineering and project management. We undertake two distinct activities: 1. We develop residential and commercial properties in Australia including land subdivision, house, apartments, retails and mixed development projects 2. We extend our expertise in property development and project management to fellow developers or landowners as a one stop shop to successfully deliver their property development project We are currently in charge of property development projects in Australia in excess of GDV $700 million, ranging from large scale subdivisions to small boutique multi dwelling lots.
