Examec specialises in high precision components and advanced machine manufacturing in smaller series. Our speciality is building machines with outstanding requirements for reliability and precision. Our strength lies in our turn key responsibility, complex assemblies from components with the highest precision. Keeping quality at the highest level, our aim for the utmost precision, both in technological terms as well as in terms of deliveries, stems from our management system which comprises ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 which covers Medical Technology. In this, our metrology department plays an important role in verifying our promises. By way of example, we manufacture and assemble complete Radiation Units for radiological surgery of cancer in the human brain, modules for large printing presses. In the Big Science field we have framework agreement with MaxLab IV in Lund, Sweden, we have regular on going business with the European Spallation Source (ESS) as well as with CERN in Switzerland, for instruments and rigs for scientific applications and technological development etc. From design and project management to electrical applications, automation and final testing. We have most of it under one roof. As a system supplier to major international companies, we often undertake turn key responsibility and deliver larger units directly to our client’s flow of production. We have modern and well maintained machinery, and we design in Solid Works, Pro Engineer, Auto Cad and Vector Works.
