Excavation Support Solutions (ESS) is a stand-alone trading division of Sheet Piling (UK) Ltd, offering a service specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized earthwork support projects throughout the UK.
ESS provides a rapid, one-stop solution for any contractor carrying out excavation or earthwork support work as part of their construction project. The service covers in-house design, supply, installation and extraction of sheet piles, ranging from light to heavy-duty. It is ideal for projects encompassing temporary cofferdams, trench supports and temporary and permanent excavation support structures.
ESS can also supply and install any excavation bracing system that a project may require, using either fabricated structural steelwork or proprietary hydraulic bracing systems.
It delivers all of these services through one comprehensive in-house package that provides clients with a unique, hassle-free, timely and, most crucially, safe and compliant solution for their excavation support requirements and brief.
All of the works delivered by ESS are fully compliant with CPA ‘Good Practice Guide for the Management of Shoring Excavations’ and HSE Guidelines. This ensures all clients remain compliant with their legal requirements and deliver their duty of care whilst excavation support systems and temporary works, designed to assist excavation, are installed.
