em•pa•thy | \ ˈem-pə-thē \ the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another Excel Empathy Foundation is the face for all the social outreach activities carried out by the Excel group comprising of Excelsoft Technologies Private Limited, Excel Public School, Queens School of Design, and EnhanzEd. With a belief that every member of the Excel family can make a difference in the society we live in, the Foundation seeks to engage with various stakeholders to bring about developmental changes in a holistic manner. In line with the sustainable development agenda of the Excel Group and active employee engagement, the Foundation supports Community-based programs and activities, primarily in the areas of Education and Healthcare. These programs are funded through donations from the Excel group, its promoters and their family, and employee contributions.
