For over 20 years, Excel Leadership Group associates have provided a powerful combination of immersive learning experiences, action learning, and executive coaching to accelerate personal and professional development. While terms like “work-life balance” have become commonplace, the extent to which we saw people actually achieving balance was small. When we took a closer look, we found the goals people were setting centered primarily on their success in the workplace with a secondary focus at best on other aspects of their personal lives. The result: -Chronic health issues -Broken relationships -Increased anxiety and stress ... and an endless struggle to make it through the day. We felt compelled to bring a more holistic approach to helping others find greater balance between personal and professional success.
