EXCELCHIP was founded by two electronic engineers that brings several years of experience in IC design, marketing and international finance companies. Its business plan was approved by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) to be part of the Brazilian Government program called IC-Brazil, and was also approved by the CIETEC, Centro de Inovação, Empreendedorismo e Tecnologia, the biggest business incubator center in São Paulo.
