excelHERate enables tech companies to hire a diverse workforce by focusing on transferable skills and potential, not pedigree. We do this by identifying qualified applicants from our database of diverse candidates and from incoming applicants. We then re-profile these candidates into an unbiased format based on the job description so recruiters can more effectively screen applicants and increase their pipeline of diverse candidates leading to more diverse hires.
