Not just this, we have also established a name for ourselves in polycarbonate sheet manufacturing all over the world.
State of the OMIPA co-extrusion manufacturing equipment is used at Excelite for polycarbonate sheet and acrylic sheet manufacturing. When it comes to raw materials, special consideration is given to choose only quality suppliers like BAYER Makrolon, Panlite, Mitsubishi, and Sabic LEXAN from Japan. For various processes like applying of protection film on final product, cooling, calendaring, and extrusion, special dust free conditions are used to ensure utmost efficiency in products. It is also prudent to mention that the motto of the company is accuracy and transparency. This is the main reason why our production lines are computerized and fully automated.
With 100 loyal employees, Excelite has an annual sales volume of $1 billion and 50% of our products are exported to our major markets. Our factory size is 2000 square meters to house advanced manufacturing equipment and carry out all major procedures. There are 3 main production machine lines. Also included in our employees are 5 experts dedicated in Quality Control of our products and manufacturing mechanisms.
