We are a foremost mentoring and networking community poised to empower ambitious female doctors (in medicine and surgery) with resources, opportunities and support to excel and impact in life, career and globally. Our mission is to connect with and engage the new generation of Nigerian female physicians so that through participation and support, they are empowered throughout their career journey. We will also help them build capacity through personal, professional, creative, entrepreneurship and leadership trainings so that they can maximize their full potentials, leveraging globally. Through this we fulfill our vision for the African female physician; that she excels in life and career, has achieved equality in medicine, is a trailblazer in leadership, advocacy, policy implementation and community development, and has built indelible pillars to support future generations.
