Excellent

Excellent (est. 2010) is an Israeli based company which mentally and physically prepares young adults (15-18) prior to their draft to the elite units of the IDF. In Israel, Excellent operates at two levels: 1. The Surface - accompanying individuals in a group format; mentally and physically training them for their pre-draft exams which classifies the unit they will serve in. This is done specifically via physical activities designed by the IDF and Excellent. 2. The Core - developing their inner “Excellent” warrior to become relentless in all their endeavours. This is emphasized by strengthening the participants’ mental toughness, helping discover the courage to fail and establishing their greatest weapon; an unstoppable mindset. This is conducted through seminars and classes we conduct year round. Our team of coaches lead by personal example to guide our students to surpass the physical and mental boundaries set before them. With close to 20 teams training nationally, we are the most innovating combat training program in Israel today.
