My regional experiences of close to 18 years spanned across 11 to 12 countries. I had lived and worked in Shanghai, China for 5 years, while working in a regional role, and speak fluent Chinese. I have led and managed HR operations, technology innovation, budget control, M&A integration, and change management projects. I have also set up and managed a low cost offshore resourcing centre and coached people at all levels across the Asia Pacific region.
