Our ADVISORY track record: Our the team successfully advised on c. £400m worth of Real Estate debt financings over the past 24 months alone, with loan balances ranging from £1m to £70m per transaction.
Our INVESTMENTS track record: Our group has also grown its principal investments arm. In 2013 we established our first discretionary investment fund and have since made more than 60 investments as principal, with equity positions ranging from £1m to £15m per investment.
