To help us all improve our EX strategies and tactics, ensuring that people can focus their energy on the achievements they seek and the value they bring, we created the Employee Experience Champions Network. Our aim is to bring together professionals in the EX space, particularly in Switzerland, for in-person and online discussions around topics of interest from overall Employee Experience Strategy and its impact upon company goals and OKRs to more specific topics such as Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Digital Workplace (DWP), or key moments that can unleash (or conversely waste) the energy needed for success.
