Execta Consulting focus on M&A-related change projects. Our mission is to help clients succeed in the process from strategy to result. By combining employed consultants with a network of highly experienced specialists, Execta can provide the same possibilities as the large consultancy firms, but operate with high flexibility and low overhead. Execta represents more than 20 Scandinavian consultants with hands on experience from approximately 100 M&A-related change projects, such as Post Merger Integrations and Carve Outs.
