As Director and Owner of the Parnis England Group, I spearheaded the transformation of our fifth-generation family business, expanding it across manufacturing, industrial imports, retail, and international logistics. I was proud to lead Malta’s first ISO-certified trailer service operator and manage high-level partnerships across Europe with integrity, discretion, and impact.
Behind the boardroom success lies a personal journey of resilience — challenging norms, navigating imposter syndrome, and pushing forward when the path wasn’t clear. These experiences have shaped my coaching philosophy: grounded, bold, and human.
Today, I work with ambitious leaders — especially women navigating complex roles — to help them lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and vision. I bring the strategic mindset of a business leader, the empathy of a coach, and the international perspective of someone who’s been in the trenches.
As a woman who has led through the challenges of divorce and single-handedly raised children while running a business, I understand the weight of responsibility, the quiet doubts, and the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
