Following years of interacting with Personal and Executive Assistants about their background and their expectations, we have created this new committee based in Geneva as we made the following observations:
• Personal and Executive Assistants play a central role in any company, the breadth of their function deserves to be better highlighted;
• No platform for exchange of information about this profession exists in Western Switzerland.
Our strength is built on the foundation of our dedicated community of EAs & PAs. You are our ambassadors and we want to facilitate contacts to exchange views on the profession’s developments, challenges, and to create a friendly space where we can share experiences and knowledge.
