Executive Protection Systems, LLC (EPS), a Seneca Nation Group company, is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Seneca Holdings, LLC, which is the business arm of the Seneca Nation of Indians. And the tribal status of EPS makes us exempt from the competitive $4 million threshold, as stated in 13 CFR 124 and FAR 19.805-1.
