One Kansas City Place with over 800,000 square feet is the company’s flagship property in the heart of Downtown Kansas City. The Plaza Steppes building is located on the iconic Country Club Plaza. Over 1 million square feet of property is located along the vibrant Ward Parkway corridor, and another 1 million square feet is centrally located in South Kansas City.
