Exel Construction Ltd are a Principle Contractor based in South West London Office Address: Beaumont House, Lambton Road, Raynes Park, SW20 0LW For the past 15 years Exel Construction Ltd have focused on projects ranging from £2m to £10m using off-site manufactured systems. Up until around five years ago Exel were mainly using a closed panel system from Austria manufactured by ELK Fertighaus. In 2017 they changed ownership and ceased trading in the UK to continue with their business in mainland Europe. At that time Exel considered the options available for both timber frame and LGS frame and decided to progress along the LGS route. This has been successful using various manufacturers and our current and preferred system is manufactured by Fusion Building Systems.
