Meet the Moderators: The Exercise Neuroscience Research Laboratory (ENRL) is located at the University of Illinois Chicago. Our mission is to advance our understanding of MS through research and to provide resources and support to those living with MS. Our research focuses on the role of exercise and physical activity in managing MS symptoms and improving quality of life. We understand that living with MS can be challenging, and we are committed to providing support and resources to those affected by this condition.
