our purpose is to hold space for people at crossroads to rest and reset. We offer multiple complementary health & healing modalities like reiki therapy, accessible yoga, somatic movement, conscious breathing, mindfulness & meditation. This is done through private 1-1 sessions, signature workshops, courses and workplace wellness sessions. Ingrained within our ethos to pay it forward, our social arm “the encore movement project” serves to bring reiki, movement, breath & mindfulness to under-served communities in a sustainable and compassionate way.
