Vision: Building a future that is free from mental health stigma and encourages open discussion about mental health among all ages. Mission: Existology aims to create a change in an individual's direct and indirect environment; ultimately breaking the mental health stigma in the society. In pursuit of our mission, we aim to - make mental health resources accessible and easily understandable to all by providing online and offline resources - provide a platform to start meaningful conversations about mental health across all ages -equip individuals with skills to improve their own mental health as well as ways to provide support to others - Work towards creating systematic changes in schools and other environments to destigmatize mental health and open up avenues for conversations and education
