In pursuit of our mission, we aim to
- make mental health resources accessible and easily understandable to all by providing online and offline resources
- provide a platform to start meaningful conversations about mental health across all ages
-equip individuals with skills to improve their own mental health as well as ways to provide support to others
- Work towards creating systematic changes in schools and other environments to destigmatize mental health and open up avenues for conversations and education
