ExP is a sales coaching and recruitment start-up with a two-part mission. We help individuals find sales jobs in some of the UK's leading Tech and SaaS start-ups and we work with tech organisations to help increase the performance of their sales development teams in two ways:
1. Tailored recruitment. We come from a hiring manager background, so we understand that we need to take the time to understand your people, your culture and who would be a good fit for your organisation and then match this with the most exciting talent out there!
2. Tailored B2B sales coaching. With extensive sales training experience, we are able to provide industry-leading skills development for your wider sales organisation. We can work closely with each of your SDR’s, running 1-2-1 coaching sessions that will help increase their energy, confidence and skill, transforming your team’s performance.

We give open and honest feedback to everyone who ‘comes through our door’, with the aim of helping them get a step closer to their ideal sales job (even if it’s not with us).
