As an expat myself, I understand the challenges and struggles that come with living in a foreign country. Whether it's adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, or simply feeling homesick, expat life can be overwhelming and daunting at times. My mission is to help expats transform their mindset, unlock their true potential and thrive in their new environment. I am a certified NLP Practitioner and currently in training to become an RTT Therapist. I use these modalities to get to the root of the blocks stopping my clients from unlocking their true purpose and potential.
I offer various coaching services to cater to different needs and preferences. My 1:2:1 coaching sessions are tailored to each individual client, with a focus on creating personalized strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving goals. In addition, I offer group coaching sessions where clients can connect with like-minded individuals and receive support and guidance from me and their peers.
For those who prefer text-only support, I offer a messaging service where clients can receive guidance and support throughout the week. Additionally, I run mastermind programs where clients can join a group of motivated and supportive individuals to achieve their goals.
My approach is personalized, supportive, and results-driven. I work closely with each client to create a safe and trusting space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
