Housing services; full support before, during and after a housing search e.g. client intake, information on Dutch rental market, organising a personal viewing day, check-in assistance, after care service. Property management; services include preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, small renovations all carried out in full transparency Tax services; taking into account the specific needs of expats, such as 30% tax ruling applications, preliminary tax rebates and annual Dutch tax returns.
