She is President/Senior Consultant for the company and has been in the healthcare industry for over 35 years as a high-level executive for multiple medical facilities across the U.S. She is an expert on how surgical centers should be managed to ensure fiscal profitability while always extending the highest quality in-patient care and service. Lorraine is also a Total Quality Improvement Instructor and a National HIPAA Consultant.
