EMG’s founders spent most of their careers in various executive positions at world-renowned OEMs, including, Tesla Inc, Mercedes-Benz USA, Jaguar Land Rover North America, Aston Martin North America, Nissan Motor Corporation, Infiniti Motor Division, Kia Motors of America, Ford Motor Company, Mazda North American Operations, and Volvo Cars North America.
It was during this time that they realized ‘consumer experience management’ was nothing more than a catchphrase that would never move the customer satisfaction needle without thoughtful strategy and meaningful actions behind it. EMG was formed to deliver an industry-leading methodology, rooted in the customer journey and the KPIs that tell the story every OEM needs to hear.
