The Experiment Company conducts research in honey profiling with the aim of assisting New Zealand beekeepers in increasing their crop’s revenue. We are the first in New Zealand to develop a novel diagnostic test kit to identify the potency characteristics of Kanuka Honey and an authenticity test to identify unique chemical markers present in it.
