We are a 17-years old company with 35 employees and 200 clients from Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Germany, Italy, Finland, France, Spain, Israel etc. The 'traditional' services we provide include 4 dimensions: accounting, audit, payroll and tax advisory. For instance, we are the national representative in Romania of The International Accounting Group (TIAG®), a worldwide alliance of more than 115 independent accounting firms located in 200 offices spanning over 60 countries. Together with its sister alliance of 145+ independent law firms in over 85 countries, TAGLaw®, the TAG Alliances™ rank as one of the top three independent accounting and legal alliances in the world. We are members of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR), of The Body of Experts and Chartered Accountants in Romania (CECCAR), and of the Romanian Chamber of Fiscal Consultants (CCF). For payroll, we are the national representative in Romania of Celergo. Starting April 2010 our company is listed in the European Register of Tax Advisers - CFE. We are positioned as a business hub: for instance, in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network Romania we have recently organised a business speed dating event at the Romanian Academy, with 50 companies from the UK and Romania, and we have also celebrated Europe's Day through an interactive seminar on EU funding opportunities for SMEs. Our main value-added is in helping foreign companies set up a business in Romania and we are a preferred provider of outsourced services. At the same time, we offer support to our Romanian clients in expanding abroad and identifying new markets and new business opportunities.
