ExPert Oil & Gas is an independent oil and gas company focusing on lower risk development opportunities. We are presently participating in both operated and non-operated development drilling ventures, primarily in the onshore and inland-water areas along the Gulf of Mexico. We intend to continue seeking low risk investment opportunities, especially where our operating capabilities yield a competitive advantage. ExPert is actively engaged with a team of geological experts to pursue high quality 3D seismic supported conventional drilling prospects — primarily in south Louisiana, but also in East Texas. This prospect generating team typically focuses on areas/plays where their subsurface knowledge of an area can be enhanced by the use of 3D seismic interpretation in order to reduce risk.
