expertsforimpact is a new recruitment consultancy with a focus on candidates in professional services. We are represented across Western Europe, with a specific focus in German-speaking countries. Our name stands for our mission: We bring `experts´ from management consultancies into exclusive positions in industry, in-house consulting or leading management consultancies, allowing you as a consultant to consistently ensure `impact´. In doing so, we go significantly beyond the services of classic personnel consulting, as we are actively creating careers everyday. With a combination of innovative approaches, creativity and intimate market knowledge, we are a credible, discreet and sought after partner for both our candidates and customers. An emphasis on building trusting relationships, mutual respect and consideration for individual’s needs and wishes characterises our practice as guarantors of success. Empathy is a highly important part of this for us: Our own experience has taught us that far too often consultants begin with a sales pitch, which can feel uncomfortable. We set a clear example here! Primarily, we don ́t see ourselves as purely a personnel consultancy for companies, but as a career facilitator for top candidates. We don ́t sell vacancies, instead being companions of outstanding consultant personalities.
